Great service and Andrew was great I do think I have to bring my truck back because my truck was left out in the rain at the tow yard and I believe it mess my speaker up the service was great they kept me well informed

They could have done a better job of vacuuming up the glass. There were pieces of glass in the door pockets and in between the seats. I had to wait a hour while they were vacuuming and they could have offered me some coffee or water to drink.

Ido not have any problems with my repairs they appear satisfactory. The the problem I do have a problem with is customer service and why the white guy ahead of me was given a 10 minute explanation of his repairs and further information on what to do if there are any problems when I was given my keys and paper work with out even a thank you for choosing five star collision center which I will remember if I am ever in need of repairs.
