Everything important was handled very well, virtually perfect. A couple of very minor things were not perfect. e.g. There are multiple circular holes in the rear bumper that come with a plug filling the hole. After the car was returned to us we noticed that one of these plugs was missing.
Actually, our biggest problem was completing your more complete survey on my iPhone6. My phone and your server did not communicate well, and I eventually gave up in frustration.

It appears The window was not checked to see if it was working. It does not go all the way up and automatically goes down - there is internal friction. This is totally frustrating as bringing the car back means a trip completely out of my way and additional time spent on the weekend.
