We got no information about the status of our repairs for the first week you had our car. It took us contacting the insurance company to get information about the repair work. When we picked up our car we were told there was a problem with our battery, but we had no such problems prior to bringing it your repair shop. This kind of lack of clarity breeds skepticism in the integrity of your establishment.
