Week behind initially because they never picked up truck on Monday as I was told they would. Work not completed first time. Screws and bracket were missing on right side and a vibration occurs around 70mph. Problems still exist after multiple times brought back. Alignment that was done to fix vibration -before I left shop I was told that the problem had been fixed. The vibration was clearly not fixed upon leaving and getting teaneck highway. Decided not to go back and let Allstate find a new shop which says tires were not aligned. Drive shaft is dented and was fine before wreck. Not happy with job at all.
