Dr. Ralph's went beyond the obvious meticulous repair of my vehicle. The job was done quickly and, expertly. The business is well managed and made the transition to a rental car from Enterprise flawless. The one note I need to stress is that again, this was an expert repair for the damage on the back of my car but, they stepped up their observations on my vehicle and, spot treated the front bumper with touch up paint. Total unnecessary on their part but it shows how they regard their reputation as an excellent shop for collision repairs and beyond….I recommend Dr. Ralph’s shop in the highest degree. Well done Sir, well done.

I was very satisfied with the repairs on my car, however, the customer service was far from expectations. I brought my car in on Monday, October 23, 2017. I was told my car should take about a week, therefore I did not feel the need to obtain a rental car. On Thursday, October 26, I was told my car would be ready for pick-up the next day. Later that night, after business hours, I was sent an email that my car would be ready on Monday, October 30. I called the shop Friday morning to find out why I was told it would be ready today and then later told differently. The woman on the phone was not apologetic for the false information and told me my car was in paint. I missed an important family engagement because of this. On Monday morning I called the shop to find out when I would be able to pick up my car and was rudely told it may not be ready today either. I was again told my car was in paint. When I noted it wasn't right for me to be told it would be ready if they were not 100% sure, the woman again rudely told me that I need to realize I have X amount of damage and that this takes time. I told her that I completely understand, however, if my car was actually in paint on Friday, it should have been done Monday and if they knew it would need to be in paint again, they would have known to tell me Tuesday instead of Monday. I felt as if the shop was trying to satisfy me by telling me it'd be done early, when it became unsatisfying that this wasn't true. When I picked up my car, I was told that the reason it took long was because one of the parts they needed to order came in broken, which is totally understandable, however I'm not sure why I was not communicated to about this on the phone. I was very satisfied with the workmanship, however, I hope that my comments help the shop to better communicate to their future customers.
