This was my first experience of handling a repair for my car. My husband of 28 ****/2 years has always taken care of our auto needs. But he was out of town and I decided to take this off his to do list and do it myself. I was very uncomfortable driving over with thoughts of fear of the unknown. I walked in and my first impression was incredible. I felt warm and welcome since it was freezing for Florida. Kelly was very helpful and in the end I left with a great recipe and posted on my Facebook page, Who knew an Auto body shop could be so fun. I brought my car in and although it was a scratch down my whole side of my car, no one made me feel bad but just the opposite. I enjoyed the text of updates and when it was time to pick up my car I was given plenty of notice to work around a busy mom's schedule. I have shared and will continue to share the great customer service and the excellent job provided to repair my Rogue.
