Service was very courteous. Only issue occurred was due to lack of knowledge about vehicle specification which our case was flat tire standard of Odyssey, Touring. It generated time loss of mine and theirs. Loss of time and material can be avoided by aquiring information of vehicle specification before body work operation. It was learning experience for me, too.
