Helene was very helpful throughout the process. She went out of her way to make sure our timelines & other needs were met. Excellent work was done to my car...looks good as new! The work was excellent, coordination was good. I would say though that the email communication system is confusing and misleading and should be eliminated, unless it can be made to function properly. I was getting emails that my car was 54% complete the day AFTER I already picked up the 100% completed car. I was warned about this, but still, not good.
