The technician who first looked at the car said he needed to keep the car for a couple of days. Therefore I arranged a rental. When I arrived I was told they would have true job complete the same day. This was frustrating as I had to change my schedule for the next couple of days. When I picked up the car the seat and steering wheel were dirty. I did not have time to go ask for cleanup.
Everyone was courteous and helpful. I very much appreciated the ease of stepping thru the process.

Job isn’t completed yet. Roberto said he would call me to set up a time for me to bring the car in for a little touch up work to fix my front bumper. And, he would give me a loaner car to use while it was being fixed. This was something that was not done when I picked up the car! Hopefully I will hear from him soon.
