Manny was wonderful. Totally talked me through the whole process and kept me informed the whole time. I would say the one little nit picky thing I have is that I got a vague text message on Monday saying the car would be ready “soon.” This made me assume the car would be ready that same day, but it wasn’t ready until Tuesday. Manny did tell me it would either be Monday or Tuesday, but I got my hopes up! Other than that one little thing, Service King was awesome.

I don't have any complaints about the work that was done as of this date. I don't like that the repair took as long as it did, and that my estimated completion date kept changing.
I have nothing bad to say about the staff at this location.
I won't use Service King again and would likely take my car to the dealer for body work in the future so as to cut down on any delay in getting parts.

Service King is my new go to repair center. Everyone, especially, Ed Gorman went above and beyond with their excellent customer service skills. I have not seen this level of customer service in a long time. They did a wonderful job with the repair of my car, the car looked better than before the accident. Excellent Job!!
