My paper work said it took 8 days to fix my 2014 white Toyota Camry & it took 23 days. I get that I don’t understand anything about cars or insurance and how long all that takes but ****. My representative stopped calling me back at the end when I was most anxious & trying to find out when I can come get my car they had for A MONTH. 2. HOW does my paper work have a 100% FALSE statement that “Service king” provided repairs in 8 days when it took 23?!?! An institution is only as good as their statistics & your statistics/ info are ****! False! ????

Whent to go see a gieco rep to get my car quoted witch then introduced me to service kings i had already had a car repair place in minde but after talking to one of the reps there i felt satisfied with my vehichle being in there hands i have to say i am more than satisfied car was exelent was notified everyday with msgs on how my vehicle was doing and the steps it was in also recived phone calls on the half way mark appreciate the staff and everyone that help me get my vehichle in and out and back on the road . Appreciate the communication and the hospitality.
