The paint job is not good at all it seems to be matte paint and the rest my vehicle is high gloss. Did hey even add the clear coat? It does not blend with the front driver side door at all & it has bubbles in it. The factory stickers which were on the door were not added back to my vehicle and I am extremely frustrated. I informed Jose Gutierrez of all of my complaints prior to me leaving and he seemed to brush me off then told me the bubbles was simply dirt. I told him the bubbles are paint bubbles so he told me to bring my car back next week. You had my car nearly two weeks and if it was not ready for me to pick up then why have me to come there to get it. He said he didn’t put my stickers back on due to the paint still being wet so I asked then why have me to come if the paint is still wet? Is this how female customers are treated as though I have no knowledge of how my car is supposed to look?

Everything great but the communication texts to me addressed me as Jay and my name is Susan. It’s my car, my insurance, I selected you, I brought car in, and I paid the bill.....so it’s **** annoying to be addressed with a name that is not mine. Deal breaker for future business. I called and was told too bad it’s automated. I get it but not ok. And pisses me off and will keep me from further biz.
