My car took 2.5 weeks to be repaired when I was told it would be around 5 days. I got several texts that kept pushing back the completion date with no explanation. I tried to call to get information and was put on hold for 20+ minutes and then spoke with someone that was not able to provide me with the status of my car. I was then disconnected with no call back. The whole experience was frustrating. On a positive note, my car does look good though!

After my accident I brought my car to you because I trust the quality. I told you when I dropped off my car the tail lights were not working and the tail gate system alert was going off. Both still are broken. I contacted the office and told them it was still broken. They told me they would set up repair never heard back.

Service King gave me a due date and right up until that due date gave me regular texts telling me everything was on time. The day after the due date I was informed that the hadn’t yet received a part. I finally got my car a week and a half after promised. That being said, it looks like the repair was successful.
