John did the estimates and was great! The dissatisfaction had nothing to do with him. The service done on my car was also good. The receptionists were very confusing and did not know what they were talking about as far as what was going on with my car. I recommend that the person doing the work or estimates on the car should be more in contact with the car owner since they know exactly what is getting done instead of the receptionist. They cleaned out the inside and outside of my car which was great! Feel free to contact me for any explanation.

Great service. Even helped me replace my aftermarket taillights. But they didn't explain anything and my old taillights didn't have a hyper flash. These new ones do. They didn't let me know nor did they try AND fix it.
