Trim was removed but not replaced. The adhesive & foam backing from trim was left on. Screw caps were missing (although service rep has offered to order them & call me when they are available). It appears that no attempt was made to match the new paint to the old.... so it is obvious to me that work has been done. In my past experience with paint & body shops attention to detail is everything.
All the service could tell me was that I didn't understand how insurance claims work. Frankly I don't care how insurance works.. only that the job gets done right. When I look at the truck now I see work that was done covering up the time that guy rear ended me. I didn't expect it to look like new.. I did expect it to look like nothing ever happened. :(

Terrible work, immediately came apart upon driving away, parts missing, etc. should have known better than to go to the repair facility recommended by the insurance company.
