The quality of the workmanship rivals that of an OEM build. The customer service provided was not overlooked either. These guys are truly professionals; not just some auto body mechanics with a front desk. They offer you complimentary food and beverages and are more than willing to answer any questions you may have; no matter how foolish they may seem to you. They also call and text you periodically with updates on your vehicles stays so you're not in the dark. Alan was very diligent in ensuring I knew what was happening with my truck. Repaid look great. Alan was really awesome at handling my claim. Only compliant I have is regarding the man whose office is to the left of Alan. I initially came in to discuss getting an estimate just to make sure my claim went smoothly. I told the man this when I cam in and he immediately told me that "they didn't do estimates" and they "are a direct repair shop", which I already knew, since my insurance contact had told me. I explained to him that I had spoken to someone on the phone about coming in to get it looked at before I dropped it off for repair. He continued to say we don't do that. I offered my claim number. He said I don't need that. Thankfully Alan was pulling up, so everything went smoothly after that. Just as I had talked to someone on the phone about, pictures were taken of the damage and set up a time to drop off my car. Repairs were done efficiently and look great.
