Good Repair, however, if parts are required to be ordered, the customer should be informed if there is a back order. It should be their decision to bring vehicle when parts are available, thus no Over extended car rental requirement

I didn't hear about having to pay the deductible until I got there, but the Minser's team was cooperative in getting the insurance company on the line to talk with me about the situation. After picking up my vehicle, I noticed one of the brake lights was not working, so I told them right before they were about to close for the day. Still, Ron was accommodating and replaced the faulty light bulb at the drop of a hat, no questions asked. Thank you for the quick turnaround!
