When I came in to drop off my car there was a line forming at the front desk. A female employee with short red hair walked in, clearly she was starting out her day, had breakfast in hand. She immediately asked the receptionist if she needed help as she noted the line. She put down her breakfast and came out right away to ask how she could help me. I manage a customer service team, so I really appreciated the way she handled the customers that day. You won my future business off that one seemingly small act vs. anything y'all did for my car.
