The young lady Nicole who is responsible for the Allstate accounts was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, articulate in her explanation of what exactly was going on with repairs (patient too).She kept me well informed through the whole process with a very friendly and outgoing personality.
Hopefully they need will not arise any time soon to have to have my car extensively worked on again but should the need arise I would definitely bring it back to Carraige Masters.
