Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Staff escorted me to the car rental location, spoke on my behalf, and waited until the issues/problems were resolved. I was also offered an estimate to fix other damages to the vehicle. I was kept informed of progress along the way. All repairs were completed as scheduled. Great experience.

Driver door looks dull and tan. I can see a difference in the color to the rest of the car. I understand it's a freshly painted door compared to the rest of the car. I asked for blending into my quarter panels for this reason. I am knowledge in this area of work and i see things a normal person would miss. I'm just being completely honest.

Great customer service. They constantly were in contact with me even before I even took the car in. Definitely made me feel that much more comfortable. Also finished the work in thier given time frame giving a good sense of promptness. Finally the work was top notch And gives my car a new glow that wasn't there before.
