For lack of a better term, you really have your s**t together. Everything has been thought of in reference to your customers. I can only imagine that you honor and appreciate all of your employees, because it does translate. All of the employees that I interacted with really take pride in their work and customer service experience.

My current experiences with A and D (Raisin) autobody: The day I dropped off my vehicle (8/9/2021) I requested an estimate of time to complete the damage repair, it was not given then. I was told that I would be given a call later that day to clarify when; that never happened. I made it known upon drop off I am reporting to State wide Deployment training (8/20/2021) and that rescheduling is an option if it cannot be completed before then. I was contacted Thursday the 12th about the status of repairs and I was told they did not have everything they needed and that the repairs proved to be more difficult than originally expected. They quoted completion on the 23rd then. I made it known that I need the vehicle by Friday the 20th. They reacted positively to my request and told me that it was a priority vehicle and they should be able to finish the repairs by the 19th or 20th. I was then contacted by the 18th stating there was still outstanding paint or finish work that would slow the process that should not be rushed. I agreed and told them that I can operate without the vehicle for my deployment. The estimated completion time moved back to the 23rd. I returned home on the 23rd and requested my vehicle. I was told it won't be ready for another day. I called again the next day and then I was told another part needs to be ordered, that will not be here until next week. It would seem that I am not being treated honestly. This is an unacceptable experience. I do expect the businesses that USAA recommends to have a high standard and that no one moving forward in the future should feel like they are receiving inaccurate communications. Furthermore, having to pay a deductible for an accident that was then admitted fault of the other driver. The contact of impact alone would imply the other driver hit the side of my vehicle with the rear of his. At this point I am paying for another driver’s neglect and the entire month's value for a vehicle I do not have in my possession. I am very displeased with this whole operation. Thank you, SPC Ainsworth This is what I sent to my Insurance Co. I felt like most of what was being told to me over the phone was flat out lies and misinformation. I didn't once receive a call, EVEN WHEN IT WAS COMPLETED, of useful information based dialog. The issue I had greatest problem with was waiting on the re-ordering of parts that I quote" Looked like the right ones". Finding myself lecturing a staff member on the phone about part numbers, not how things look. I will be doing everything I can to not recommend this company for services. Thank you.

Everything went great the people were all so nice . The shop kept me updated on all that was going on with the repairs and schedule. When I picked up the vehicle David went over the work that had been done in detail and Martin updated me on an issue I had with the fan motor which they repaired . The truck had been cleaned in and out and ready to go . My overall thoughts are starting with George when I brought it in for the estimate and scheduling his very matter of fact approach to resolving the issues and getting me in the schedule , to meeting the ladies in the front office who we’re very helpfully and finishing with Dave and Martin . It really could not have gone better. If someone asked me if they should bring there vehicle in for repairs ? The answer would be yes . Thanks
