I came to town on vacation for a graduation. There was a mishap with my vehicle and a family members truck. Jaime in the collision department promised me that I would have my vehicle back in time to come back home to Georgia. After waiting a few days for the adjuster, I figured there was no way I would get my vehicle back in time. Jaime assured me that they could still do it, and they did! Not restored to pre accident condition, as advertising would suggest. Underlying issues with my previously working rear window wiper and power rear window made them inoperable following my minor rear collision.I was informed that their malfunction had nothing to do with the incident. They were both working prior to the impact to my Lt. Rear of my car and no longer operated following the incident. I will collect my Toyota in the morning. This was my 5th car Matthews Collision has repaired.
