Everybody was super friendly and nice starting from lady at reception for pickup and drop off, to the guy who checked the damage and jay the Geico inspector. And the car rental guy. All previous experiences of mine at garages have been stressful but East coast collisions friendliness, straightforward and great people made the whole experience stress free and simple and quick for me.
