You did a great job on the car. My issue is the total time it took and the lack of communication / updates. I was originally told it would only take four days. I brought it in on Monday morning (6/13) and fully expected it to be completed on Thursday (6/16). I called on Thursday (6/16) and told it would be ready on Saturday (6/18). I called on Saturday (6/18) and told it would be ready on Tuesday (6/21). I called on Tuesday (6/21) and told it would be ready on Friday (6/24). I called on Friday (6/24) and told it would finally be ready by Tuesday (6/28). I understand that emergencies and other priorities come up but I instead of giving me an accurate estimate to completion, it felt like I was just being fed a story every time I called for an update.

Adam was very helpful when we dropped the truck off and explained everything to us in detail so we knew exactly what to expect. We received text updates on the repairs and phone calls keeping us informed on how the work was going. When we went to pick it up this morning the owner was very friendly.
