Repairs look great, took a long time but I realize that was issue getting parts in. Maybe door could have been painted before we dropped the truck off so it wasn't just sitting there waiting for paint to dry. My husband told the repair tech we were going out of town for the holiday weekend and he had it done on time, that was awesome!

Efficient, personable, all effort was made to arrange for a car that I could use since I am in a remote area with no one to drive me up, deliver the car and pick up. An additional repair was made at my request which eliminated a second trip. The car looks as though the damage had not been done. This is the 3rd time I have had work done in 26 years with excellent results. Thank you so much.

After hitting a deer and dealing with insurance Jim makes a rough time much more pleasant.
