I am generally satisfied with Tigran's responses.
On Thursday Oct 26th I went to pick up my car. I was told it was ready and it was inspected.
Upon arrival, I was again told the car is Ok and ready to go home.
However, I checked the trunk and it did not work.
The assistance service manager and a mechanic told me they need additional time to verify the car.
I am not waiting for my car to be repaired again.

The repair work was excellent and the periodic updates were appreciated. The time to complete took a few days longer than noted on the updates. The day after picking up the vehicle, I noticed that an external cover plate, which was in place when the vehicle was dropped off, was missing. You replaced the part a few days later without any argument - also appreciated.
