There was no rental car when I showed up to drop off my car because the reservation had expired. While Glenn's was aware that this happens frequently, they didn't check to make sure the rental car would be there and it was very inconvenient.

Everything about my experience was above satisfaction. From the front desk to the shop work. The text updates were also great. I was also super impressed with the fact that the car was detailed, that was a pleasant surprise that didnt have to be part of the service.
