This is the second time I’ve used New Design and again I was completely satisfied with the repairs!!! From the moment, I met Nicole at the front desk to Wayne who I think is the manager who kept me informed the entire time my truck was being repaired!!! When I was called to pick it up the gentleman (I didn’t catch his name) did a walk through to make everything was done to my satisfaction!!!
