I was not satisfied with my experience because my car was returned to me with new issues still to be addressed. I do not wish to speak to my rep since he was not knowledgeable and is the main factor I wasn't satisfied with my overall experience. I would prefer to speak to a manager.

I had to go back in (40 miles) because the refrigerant wasn't recharged in my a/c and the washer fluid wasn't filled. They did get this all taken care of upon my return.

I was frustrated about delay in repairs. I wish I would have been told that calling my insurance company would have sped up the process. A part was discontinued and not aware until day before I was to pick up my car. Warranty paperwork was not given in a timely manner. I don't think I would return there for service or recommend to others.
