Imperial did a very nice job repairing the right front of my Lexus . At all stages of the work, all staff were very customer focused and efficient. This is a very professional operation, which is great because one usually is grumpy when one has to go to an autoshop!

My engine is running sluggish and not consistent with how it was when I dropped off my car for repair @ Imperial. I have spoken and communicated with Kevin. He had the mechanic take a look at the car, but was unable to correct the problem. Kevin acknowledged that there isa noticeable issue with the engine, but is unable to resolve at this time.
I very much need my car running as it was prior to Imperial working on it. I don't think that is too much to ask and I've been very patient up to this point.
