My truck will be returned on Monday so that the repair can be completed correctly. The replacement tailgate has a number of dents and imperfections that I would expect to be fully corrected prior to painting. The decals from the tailgate are missing. The tail lamp assembly's are both black trim when the original are chrome and the front driver light assembly is not installed properly.

I'm greatly inconvenienced by the fact that I was told my vehicle would be ready for 5 o clock Monday and I arrive around 5:50 saying it wasn't ready. I had contacted the business around 5:30 confirming that my car would be ready and they said okay. So I made arrangements to be dropped off and then for it to not be ready. The customer service was nice aNd I have no other complaints.
