I dealt with Bradley and the beautiful receptionist in the front office. Bradley was very professional, explained things very well and always kept me informed about the progress of the repairs. The receptionists name I do not know but she was the first contact I had with the shop, I thought I died went to Heaven, she was so cool, reassuring and professional. She is absolutely perfect in dealing with customers who just got into a car crash. I can't explain it but as stressed I was feeling that day, just the first few words she spoke and I was relaxed and felt like things were going to just fine with this shop. Finally, the guys who did the work are masters in their craft. Excellent assembly of all the parts and the paint was so well done. I'm so happy they deal with USAA and happier that USAA recognizes CarStar HiTech Auto. I'm so satisfied with your work that I will recommend your shop to others.
