I noticed a missing part, between the rider's door and front fender. Pat was quick to have the crew install the part. When I inspected the installation, the part had become loose and was being bent when the door opened. Steve personally observed the repair. Pat and Steve treated my findings with respect and promptly made arrangements to have the issue corrected.
