I was sorta surprised that my SUV was vacuumed and the items on my back floor were disturbed and in disarray. Although I appreciate the gesture it would have been nice to know in advance.
Also I got a call Friday at 7:36 pm that my car was done and then got a text confirming that I had picked up my cat. I had NOT picked up my car but the text said I had. Coordinating the delivery of this text would be good. I did not pick up my car until Saturday morning.
All in all, a good experience.
