Horrible service. I was told my car was ready when I went to pick it up it wasn't. Called again and said it was ready I got there and it still wasn't fixed the righty way. I declined service and I am getting it fixed somewhere else. I will never bring my car back here. Not even for a oil change. Trash service too. Only one time out of the 32 days u had my car the service adviser called me. I had to call every other time.

I need to take the car back and go over the quality of the work provided. It seems the body work on car was rushed, as that is what's visible. Overall the car was not taken care of / handled properly while it was in possession of Toyota. What I got back was a car that wasn't inspected before receiving a text that my car was ready and work was completed. Not happy

I don't appreciate having to find a way to take time off work to bring the car back in to fix issues with the paint. Should have been caught when clear guard was applied. I could have left the car an extra day if there was an issue.

Although the repairs look great, communication was a little lacking. I was told on a Wednesday that my suburban would be ready by late Friday or early Monday. I had to call to check on it on Tuesday and didnt get a return call until later that afternoon. When i picked up my truck Wednesday morning I was given a story about the seats not being in good condition causing the delay. Not really a problem if it's true, but I would've appreciated the update so I know everything was ok.y
