Inside door handle decided not to open the driver side car door after your collision center took the outside handle off to paint the car' my inside tire pressure light came on and your collision center had my alloy wheel re- dipped and changed the tire ! Now indicator is still on ! Returned and advised these were part of the 6,900 repair ! Door lock was repaired after I returned to your dealership ! Door molding was added , however, tire light is still on inside dash board! Also I have a car application and shows all tire pressure for all tires is not working 😞Appreciate your failed effort!

It took almost twice as long as stated.
When we finally got the call that it was ready, I had to wait ****.5 hours (until 6:30) to get the car because they hadn't secured the insurance paperwork before we arrived.
They also painted an area (bumper)we asked them not to paint since they recommended not doing it. They did it anyway and now it looks strange.

I was only happy with the service on my car, but the customer service was terrible. The front desk woman was rude and hung up on me many times when I was calling back from voicemails I had received earlier in the day. Chris also hung up on me after asking me to hold. The rental car place knew about my car being almost fixed before I did and said that Toyota of Irving had contacted my insurance company to let them know to cancel my vehicle before I had any knowledge of it. The text system was supposed to notify me of the progress on my car but only sent me thank you for choosing Toyota of Irving texts. I was told that my retal was going to be cancelled because I had not authorized my vehicle to be worked on before the appraiser had even gone out to see the damage. When I went to pick up my vehicle the front desk lady was rude to me because it was after 5pm and she wanted to ho home. There should have been direct communication to me as the owner of my vehicle before anyone was told to do anything especially concerning my rental that toyota of Irving was not paying for. It is frustrating enough to have an accident without the collision center staff being rude and providing terrible customer service when someone is being professional and cooperative.
