I have no problem with toyota of irving collision center service. They are so much time efficient and I think this is the first time I have seen any service center completing their job before the estimated time. Customer service is great and salute for the front desk ladies. Its my fourth time visit in collision center in last two years and I have seen them getting better every day. They are the best and I will recommend everyone to go there.

There was wax left on the hood and other things as well. It seems toyota of Irving has been slipping for a while. The management seems to be doing their best to stay organized but the unskilled work force is ruining the reputation. I'm doing everything possible to not go back for any maintenance, service or purchases until the issues are addressed and fixed. Good luck toyota of Irving in returning to a flawless state.
