When I went to the new car dinner they proposed a whole different atmosphere of Toyota of Irving they said anytime we do any kind of work on your car they will clean it clean it up for the customer RyanTook told me well I guess I can run it through the water and when he brought my car to me I could even see if the repairs were done correct the car with sopping wet I was really upsetthis is the second bad experiencei've had with people in your service department I went out of my way to go way across town to bring my car and could a got the same or better service right across the street me you did keep not one word that you promised everybody that bought a Toyota

Steering wheel is not lined up with the tires. The alignment is great, but the steering wheel is askew. We have already notified the repair shop and plan to bring it back in to be fixed.
