Robert **** was very helpful from start til finish after the horrible way Honda treated me and definitely was no help just because I ask to many questions it made me feel unsafe so im glad I did go with my gut and let Toyota of Irving fix my car I would recommend him and this location to anyone he kept me updated on my car and I never had to worry wonderful experience. I am satisfied with the repair. The rental process was a fiasco. Truck was NOT at the repair facility, it had NO gas in it, it had not been cleaned - previous renters eyeglasses & contract was still in vehicle., & wiper fluid low indicator was on.

My car gas tank was on empty. Window fluids empty and car was returned so dirty on passangers side matt. Id be respectful enough to return as recieved. I might not have been full on those but i was not empty. Repairs are well done.
