I would like for you all to have a quality control person to inspect the vehicle before returning to owner, I feel if this was in place you would have seen the sloppy clear coat bra job that was done to my vehicle and I could have saved myself a little extra money I had to pay out of my own pocket for another days rental insurance, the body work was fantastic great job, it's the little things that sometimes come back and bite you in the ****, all that being said I would come back to carstar again to have my vehicle serviced. The **** thing I said I wanted fixed was my side view mirror. I didn't care about anything else, just the mirror. Guess what wasn't fixed!!?? A new mirror is going to be ordered, but I will have to come back for the repair. Other than that, my car looks great.

Being from small town USA, we are use to the slow pace of life. Even though no one can prepare for an accident, the process that Carstar performed in our fender bender eased or worries. Carstsr communications and follow up along with the speed that it took to repair our car, which by the way looks better than new, was almost over whelming in the most positive way a person can express words. Carstar not only repaired our car sooner than promised,(the day before thanksgiving), but warranted the workmanship for as long as we own our car! (Who does that?!) Carstsr!
