We were told it would be ready by 4:00 on Monday. We drove over there with our 2 kids (including our 9 year old Autistic son). I went in, paid the deductible, signed the paperwork and was told they would be bringing it right out to me. I went back to the car to wait... and wait.... and wait. Almost a half hour later, I went and asked what was going on. They said they were sending someone out to talk to me. Finally someone comes out and says he's sorry but some part was broken when they opened the box so they had to reorder it and it won't be there until tomorrow. I asked why no one had called us and they said it was a miscommunication. So, we had to take our kids home, rearrange the next day, come back again when they called to tell us yet again it was ready. It was totally inconvenient. I think they should have offered to get us a rental car, loaner car, SOMETHING. I understand there are mistakes made but this was really unprofessional.

Better updates, or at least not calling you on estimated completion date, not having heard from you at all, only to be told that my car was to be pushed out almost a week after the time I was quoted. I can understand certain things are bound to happen; however, a better process upon the initial inspection and intake, ie dissembling damaged parts immediately for ordering purposes, would greatly improve your output time in my opinion.
