Every employee I dealt with was very professional and able to assist with my questions.
I did experience some confusion when I received an email advising me that my truck was moving onto the next phase then when I called a few days later was told that it was moving onto the next phase - I failed to consider the line. Perhaps re-word the email to say the vehicle is in line for the next phase of repairs.

It’s ridiculous to charge people fees to use a credit card. Perhaps adjust your middle managers bonus to ensure the company is profitable instead of scalping your customers to cover your business fees.

Gave my car to fix the back door, they have noticed a small chip on the front windshield
after I gave the car and didn't even notice to me, later after 2 months when they are returning the car they still didn't tell me the windshield cracke and didn't even give me a walk through around the when delivering my car and when I noticed the cracked windshield and went back in to ask they tell that it was cracked before and say they forgot to notify me that the windshield cracked, I wouldn't ever go there or recommend anyone to that place. They didn't even clean the car outside when delivering the car
