There appears to be an area of systematic scratches on the rear hatch. It’s as if an orbital or belt sander had been run across it. Maybe it could be buffed out, but it’s definitely “a holiday” that should have been caught. I came our of a restaurant this afternoon and it was obvious in the light. I tried rubbing it and it did not diminish the problem.
On the service side, CARSTAR has been excellent.

My project manager and Carstar have been consistent at communicating what was needed to be done and even though it has exceeded to 30 days with my insurances rental car coverage she made sure to get me into my car as quickly as possible. She did communicate that it is not complete but what is left is minor enough that I can and will be contacted to bring the car in to complete the repairs when the parts arrive rather than wait another week without my car. So far the car looks great and I’m glad to be reunited!

You guys did an amazing job with the repairs on my Volvo. It looks so much better than I expected. After the accident, I had no idea where to take my car for repairs but a family member recommended CARSTAR to me and I’m glad I chose you. My only complaint is that it took 2.5 weeks to repair and when it was close to completion, I was told 3 different days it would be ready, which was very frustrating at the time. However, when I went to pick up the car it looked beautiful and better than when I first got it. So I am very pleased. Thank you!

Truck was damaged after it was repaired and I did not take delivery yet. They are repairing it and they did get me a rental. Should of been caught on final inspection. They should of compared it to the photo they took when I dropped it off they would of seen it was damaged at the shop and repaired it before calling me.

Everyone was very friendly and professional in this process. I am very pleased with how great my car looks now, and the detailed cleaning of the interior and exterior was superb- a really nice touch! My only feedback on areas of opportunity is the communication of an accurate timeframe. I dropped my car off on Tuesday the 23rd with a quoted length of 4 days. With no word or update by Monday morning on the 29th, I called to inquire. The car was slated to be disassembled that day (work had not yet begun by day 6). Even with the anticipated extra parts needed and ordered, the repairs took the initially quoted 4 days, and my car was ready by Thursday November ****. Just a little annoying that I had an appointment and an expectation, but was stuck with a rental car for 6 days longer than necessary or anticipated. (Maybe my appointment could have been scheduled at a time when the repairs could begin right upon drop off?). I was very satisfied with the communication and updates after Monday the 29th, and the quality of the repairs. Thank you.
