There were numerous delays that were not clearly communicated or explained. "Tomorrow never came". Supposed to take 2 days- took week AFTER initial week delay because of wrong part delivery. The rep we worked with George was not interested or helpful with additional work we wanted added to job. Went to pick up at scheduled time was not ready till later in day. Rep George was very unprofessional at pick up. Trash was left in car. Will do not plan to use **** body shop again even though we are loyal **** Toyota customers

The quality of the work was excellent -- personnel were helpful. Only complain was the "lumpy" communication. First, it would be three days-- then one day -- then four -- then back to three. Clearer communications with explanation of issues as part of status reports would be helpful.
