I love the way ****'s Collision kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. The communicated via text and "human" voice. I was even more impressed with the fact that I could drop my Enterprise rental at their establishment for they are
"connected". Wow, what smart business sense!!! Oh, they were 2 days ahead of schedule...
When I picked up the car, it had been washed, vacuumed, dusted and polished inside - looking new!!!

I feel like I was rushed when I came to pick my car up I was told that they talked to my husband. I signed for my keys and I was so tired that I really don't know what else was on that paper signed. That chrome piece is sharp on the edge and it isn't at all what was on my car. I also felt like my car is out of Align when I drive it. Even if my husband was talked to its my car also. My husband tried to get in contact with Brian the geico rep he never returned his call I wanted to talk to Browns about my door they never called that's ok I'll go somewhere else

I am satisfied w **** honda. The experience w picking up the enterprise rental was not at all good. It was a terribly inefficient process and wasted quite a great deal of my time. It shouldn't take over an hour to pick up a rental that you reserved ahead of time.
