Everyone I encountered was very polite and professional. The updates were very helpful, and the job was finished on time. The finished product and the whole process was exceptional. I requested this location due to my last experience, which was wonderful. This time felt disorganized. The expected completion date was pushed back and even when I received the text notice my vehicle was ready, I was told a representative would call and they never did. I ended up reaching a representative and when I picked up my vehicle, it was not in the front lot where I was told it would be. The experience with enterprise is a whole other story. I hope I just came during an off week. I am very pleased with the quality of repairs to my vehicle and do appreciate that aspect.

I'd prefer to wait on my comments until after the issues are fixed. John (I believe is his name) was attentive to my concerns. I will bring it back in on Thursday next week for the two items to be fixed. I had a rental car but now with the 2 items that need to be fixed, I was told I needed to use the shuttle. I'm not happy about that. If it was fixed correctly, I wouldn't need to be inconvenienced any more than I already have been.
