I was disappointed to find the cover of my battery sitting on my passenger seat when I picked up the car. Not only did I have to go get someone to put it back on but my passenger seat and floor were both filthy from the dirt on the cover. I also feel as though my car is not aligned correctly since I picked it up. In order to have my tires straight I need to tilt my steering wheel slightly to the right. I didn't have this issue before dropping it off for repairs.

From the start, everyone was vague about the total repair time. After a week of seeing my car sitting in my parking lot waiting for you guys to get new tires in (and I was told I shouldnt call AAA which I was ready to do). Finally, you guys took the car on a Monday, and it took until Thursday or Friday to even get an estimate when it would be done. The estimate stated that it would be done the following Wednesday. I called Carstar Atlantic Collision that Wednesday morning and they confirmed with me that this was the case, so I paid my deductible over the phone and made arrangements for pick uptight evening. I got a phone call while I'm at work later now telling me that no, it won't be ready and won't be ready until tomorrow because the painting department found out last minute that there were additional spots that needed to be painted and they couldn't get to it until tomorrow (mind you, I'm now going on over 2 weeks without a car). I was also sent an email that vandalism/theft repairs are estimated at 30 days repairs, which is rediculous. I had this same problem happen last year and the previous insurance company and their garage fixed my car within a week without issues. When I complained, I was told that you guys would take care of a rental for me, but the only company that would work closed after I would even be able to get there because I was notified so late. At this point, I've been paying for taxis and Uber riders because I didn't have the massive amount necessary to pay the deposit on the rental that my insurance would approve me for. The final issue occurred on the last day. I had wheel locks that I wanted reinstalled on my car. I specified exactly where they were (glove compartment, in the owners manual, behind the elastic band), and I was told they couldn't find the key. I told them to just leave the locks in a zip lock bag in the car and I will find it myself to do the repair. When I received my car back, I checked and the key was exactly where I specified (I'm pretty sure they didn't look because there isn't much stuff in the glove compartment and only one book that looks like an owners manual). This whole time, all I was being told was "we're trying to make this easy for you", and absolutely NONE of this is easy and it seemed like was spiraling out of control. All I wanted was my car back and even when I was eventually told it would be back, it wasn't. I was NOT happy with my experience.

Everything was great with my car I'm very happy with the quality of the repair work. However... my car was detailed on the inside. Most of this was fantastically done, but whoever decided to clean the inside of the windshield did an absolutely terrible job. I have a hard time believing glass cleaner was even used, the windshield was much dirtier than it was when I dropped the car off. There was a film of chemicals on the inside of the windshield that made it very hard to see out of the windshield at night. No big deal as I just cleaned it when I got home but this was an odd oversight when the rest of the car was so perfect.

You guys really are so fantastic! From start to finish...you were able to communicate with me the whole way. Even when I was a pest checking in non-stop you guys were so pleasant and quick to get a response. The only thing I would change would be the size of your facility (double it!) so you could hire more staff and get the vehicles back to us quicker but overall you guys are incredible and we will continue to use your services!
