I usually am really satisfied with car star but I took my new car when I got in an accident and when I got it back I noticed that the wheel panel had gaps in it... I called right away and took it back the next morning only for them to tell me that it could not be fixed and the gaps still there... If this was an old car I supposed I would understand but this is a brand new car with 15,000 miles on it... Not sure why this couldn't have just been replaced because the other 3 wheel panels don't have gaps in them... I'm still pretty annoyed by it... And will likely never use them again.

The paint color isn't spot on. There is a door sensor that is going on and off which never happened before. It took almost 2 weeks and additional 2days because of a paint imperfection. I am dissatisfied.

All the Car star people I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. It was a great experience. Just one slight comment about setting expectations, I was told that my car would be ready with a day or two when it took about 4-5 days. It would have better to the worst case scenario than the best so I could plan for it. Otherwise, everyone was just wonderful and the repairs look good so far. Thanks!
