My interactions with Jennifer and other staff members were always positive and helpful. Jennifer did a great job keeping me apprised of where my car was in the repair process and when I could expect the work to be finished. This was my third time to CarStar and again I was very pleased with their customer service as well as the quality of the repairs to my car.

Overall service experience was fantastic, however for the second time, the car was a mess on pickup, with compound all over, some scrapes, and overspray on the glass. The car had to go back into detailing for them to clean up the car. This is a theme among all complaints about Carstar Lowell, just make sure you actually clean up the cars before you give them back! It costs you just a couple minutes of labor and ends a mess of annoyed customers.

I must say customer service staff is exceptional. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and flexible to assist! Nice job on the repairs! Stayed on repair progress, which was a plus. Only downfall for me was the basic detailing of the car once the repairs was completed. If I knew my car was in a dusty manner, I would've brought seat covers before sitting down/wipes. Regardless I feel overall was a pleasant experience! Thank you!!!!
