****) Communication of my car not being worked on for the first week was not handled well. I was told to drop the car off and it would be worked on 4 hours a day. However, this was not the case. My car sat idle in the lot for a few days. Not completely CarStar's fault for the delay. 2) Once my car was nearing completetion, I received an email notification my car is on schedule. The day of pick up, I called ahead to let them know I wouldn't be able to pickup until noon due being able to get out of work. Sadly, they were surprised I called and said the car wouldn't be ready until the following morning due to an incorrect windshield being ordered. The next morning I called to verify the pickup. To my dismay, they said there was another delay but the car would be ready by end of day. I left work early that day. thinking I would be picking up my car. I arrived a few hours before closing to find out they are still buffing the car! I was told this sort of thing happens and the car would be ready for pick-up tomorrow (another delay). I was told my rental would be extended to cover all the delays. I show up the next morning when the shop first open. Thinking my car would be ready for pickup. But nope. Still not ready. I waited another 2 hours before I was able to officially pickup my car but the car still wasn't actually done. There is still a missing part and the polish wasn't finished. I was extremely late for work already and angry with all the delays. Overall, I would say work on communication and if the customer is told the car is ready. It should be actually ready for pick-up. Not still being worked on. Having me leave work early (or getting in late) a few days in a row for the same issue is stressful and not a pleasant experience. My rear passenger rim was replaced but now I'm driving around with one unmatchable rim.

I don't think the car was test it before they give it back to me. Now the car is making some weird I'm gonna swing by tomorrow.

There was several scratches on the car that were not there prior to driving dropping it off. Also, the receipt stated that the car was washed and it was not. I just want to bring it to your attention.

The repairs were great. I don't know who is responsible for cleaning the interiorfrom coffee but it stinks coffee every where.
